This is an amendment of an original report created on 07/1/24. The report has been amended to change from public to confidential.
On 7/1/24 @ 8:12 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey made an unannounced visit for the purpose of conducting an initial inspection regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Lead Teacher Mariela Cortez. Director Moore arrived at 9:33am.

LPA toured the facility and observed twenty eight children in care being supervised by 3 adults.

This allegation was already investigated as an incident due to the Director reporting an incident on 06/17/24. A citation for Personal Rights was issued on 6/20/24.

The allegation was Substantiated. A finding that the complaint is substantiated means that the allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence standards has been met.
