13 | At 10:12 AM., On June 2, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway made an unannounced inspection to the above facility to deliver findings regarding the above complaint allegation. LPA met with Christine Laveaga as the representative who granted access. The director was not on site during this inspection. LPA and the representative toured the facility and observed ninety-eight (98) children and twelve (12) staff in care.
On January 15, 2026, at 2:01 PM., LPA conducted an inspection of the facility and observed the staff and child ratios to be compliant. During the investigation, LPA conducted confidential interviews with all relevant parties involved. Based on the interviews, the Staff denied that children are locked inside the bathroom as a form of discipline and there was no relevant evidence collected during the investigation to corroborate with the above alleged allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred therefore,the allegation is unsubstantiated. |
