Allegations:

-Physical Plant -Staff are using dirty towels to sanitize the facility.
-Physical Plant-Facility playground equipment is unsafe.
-Personal Rights-Staff did not prevent day-care children from jumping off of bookshelves
INVESTIGATION FINDINGS:

On 07/19/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justeene Tamayo met with Director Adrienne Tolliver for the purpose of concluding the investigation concerning the above complaint allegation. LPA toured the facility and observed 28 preschool children in care, along with 4 teachers.

Allegation #1: During a walk through of the facility, LPA observed the facility to have plenty of cleaning sanitation solution,soap,papertowels, and cleaning white microfiber wipes for staff to use. LPA obtained a copy of an invoice of cleaning supplies that are provided to the center from Cintas Cleaning Company.

Allegation #2: LPA toured the outdoor play yard and observed the preschool play equipment to be propery secured and in good repair.

Allegation #3: LPA toured the three preschool classrooms and ensured each cubby and book shelves are properly secured. LPA observed and measured the preschool bookshelves to be 2 feet and 30 inches and are not hazardous to preschool children in care.
