On 10/31/2023, Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Risher conducted a case management visit for increased monitoring. LPA met with Cheryl Muhammad, Licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 10 children with 2 staff.

The purpose of the visit is to ensure the Licensee maintains proper ratios and operating within license terms and conditions. LPA observed Licensee and staff providing proper supervision over the children in care.

Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today. LPA did not observe any violations during today's visit.

Licensee stated she is completing the training provided by Technical Support Program(TSP).
Exit interview was completed with Cheryl Muhammad, Licensee. Appeal Rights will be provided.
