32 | can pose a danger to children. The First Aid Kit was observed and complete. Per LIS the facility annual fees are current. There are age appropriate toys and napping equipment on the premises. The required fire extinguisher (2A-10BC) was serviced 7/20/2026. Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested and found to be in operable condition. Licensee has cots for children but no crib or pack and play, technical violation. Licensee states will replace play yard to come into compliance.
There are currently no children's files and the facility roster has not been completed since the licensee does not currently have children in care. Licensee states has all immunization requirements but did not have record on hand. Licensee states has requested immunization record from medical provider and is waiting for records to be sent. Licensee provided a letter from doctor stating she has all immunization requirements via MyChart app. Mandated reporter and CPR certification are current and licensee's files and postings are complete.
LPA observed there were no defects or conditions which might endanger the children. All electrical outlets in the home were observed to have outlet covers. LPA observed there were no poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and other items which could pose a danger accessible to children. Per Licensee, there are no pets, weapons or firearms of any kind in the facility currently. Licensee states that when a child shows signs of illness, they are separated from other children in the kitchen until parents pick them up.
Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living in the home, persons who provide care and supervision to children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5-days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30-days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.

On 7/22/2026, the California Attorney General - Megan’s Law website was searched for information on sex offenders were found at the facility addresses. Under state law, some registered sex offenders are not
