Based on LPA's observation of the kitchen area and interviews with the Licensee and parents, there is no evidence to support the allegation that the Licensee did not ensure that a daycare child's bottles were cleaned and sanitize. Interviews confirmed that bottles are properly sanitized by the Licensee, and no health, safety, or program deficiencies were identified. The Licensee stated that bottles and sippy cups are sent home daily as an additional precautionary measure to ensure ongoing hygiene. Because the available information can neither prove nor disprove the allegation, there is no preponderance of evidence to confirm that the alleged incident occurred. Therefore, the allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted Licensee, Elaine Cava and a copy report was provided. |
