On 3/06/2025 , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amelia Morales conducted an Unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the citations issued on 02/13 have been cleared. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted and let into the facility by Director Iza Torres, as visitors must be buzzed in since there is a Ring camera. LPA observed 32 children and 6 staff present at the time of the visit.

LPA observed the following classroom ratios: Spanish 1 (one Teacher, one Aide, and 10 preschool age children); Spanish 2 (one Teacher, one Aide, and 10 preschool age children), Half immersion (two teachers and 12 preschool age children).

During todays inspection, the citations which were issued on 2/12/2025, were verified to have been cleared. At the time of the POC visit, LPA Morales ran the facility's water to ensure there was running hot water. The facility provided proof of enrollment for Staff missing Preventative Health and Safety training on 2/21/2025, and certification was completed on 3/02/2025. The facility provided LPA Morales the via email the Health Screening for Staff one that was conducted on 2/14/2025 and Staff two on 2/17/2025.

Two Letters of Deficiencies Cleared were issued today and given to Director Iza Torres.

Notice of Site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Iza Torres.
