Today LPA observed a small agre appropriate slide. LPA reviewed children's records and the oldest child enrolled is 6 years old. There are no school aged childen present.
Based on observation, record review, and interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence that the children are unsupervised is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
