Based on LPA interviews of all relevant parties and record review, no information revealed that staff member spoke inappropriately in the presence of day care child(ren) in care and that staff member yelled in the presence of day care child(ren) in care. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with Director Zoila Norwood. A copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and left with the Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
