LPA advised Ms Yannakis the reason for the visit today is to deliver the findings of the complaint received on 04/26/2021 regarding the allegations referenced above. LPA observed 8 infants in Room C with 2 staff member, 6 infants in Room B with 2 teachers, 14 2 years old children, 2 staff members in a classroom, 12 3year old children and 1 staff member in room, and 12 children and 1 staff member in the 4 year old class.
During the investigation of Allegation 1 and 2 revealed, there is not sufficient evidence to support nor deny that the allegations occurred therefore the findings are unsubstantiated. LPA interviewed parents, staff and children. LPA reviewed records and files.
Unsubstantiated: A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. |
