A full investigation was conducted which included observations and interviews. The information received did not reveal evidence that there was a Care & Supervision, Reporting Requirements, Personal Rights or Refusal of Entry into the Facility violations. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. The staff maintain proper supervision of the children in care. Staff communicate with the parents regarding incidents via an app, phone calls or text messages. The children’s personal items are labeled and remain in their cubbies when the children are not using them. Parents are allowed to come inside of the daycare. Staff check diapers regularly and provide notifications to the parents via Brightwheel. Staff wear a mask if they become sick at the daycare and go home for the day once another staff arrives at the daycare.

Exit interview was conducted and report was provided to Daqari Hampton, Assistant. Appeal rights will be provided.
