During this inspection, LPA Clayton inspected the food preparation and storage area. LPA did not see the minimum foods that are required from food components.

Based on observations and interviews conducted it has been determined that the facility is not maintaining the proper Staff – infant ratio, the CCC is not providing the required food components to the children in care, the CCC is not kept at a comfortable temperature for children in care, and the Child Care Center Directors Qualifications were not met. Therefore, these allegations are deemed Substantiated. Substantiated findings mean that the allegations are valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met.

Deficiencies are being cited accordance to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to Administrator Candice Addison.
