13 | On March 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Ali and Rodriguez conducted an unannounced complaint findings inspection to All My Children Learning Institute. LPAs met with facility representative who granted access. The purpose of the inspection was to present findings from complaint investigation (12/23/24) regarding the above allegation. LPAs discussed the allegation details with facility representative. LPAs observed 2 Staff and 13 day care children.
The investigation consisted of interviews with the licensee, children, and other relevant parties. The investigation revealed inconsistent statements with allegations #1 that staff interfered with children's toileting needs, allegation #2 staff yells at others in the presences of daycare children, and allegation #3 staff inappropriately spoke to child in care. The licensee denied the allegations and no witness observed the above allegations. The allegation could not be corroborated. Therefore, the allegation is to be found unsubstantiated.
A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged occurred.
An exit interview was conducted, the report was read, and a copy of this report was left with the Licensee with notice of the site visit and appeal rights. Failure to maintain posting of the Notice of Site Visit for thirty (30) consecutive days will result in a $100 Civil Penalty.
