25 | On 08/03/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyaqn, conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Maria Garcia. Days and hours of operation are M-S 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
LPA toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. There were four school-age children present at the time of the visit. Current facility sketch was reviewed. The facility is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, a shed in the back yard that is used for storage, and an attached garage ( accessible from the licensee's daughter's bedroom). Child-care is provided primarily in the living room and the garage. The licensee is fully aware that children may not eat or sleep in the garage. Children will eat and sleep in the living room, dining room, and licensee's daughter's room. Children in care will have access to the bathroom located in the living room. The remainder of the home, where 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located, will be off limits to children in care. Licensee has placed a safety gates in the kitchen and safety knobs on the bedroom doors to make them inaccessible to children in care. Family members residing in the home include 4 adults and 1 child. There were age appropriate toys/equipment in good repair indoor and outdoor. There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or ammunition on the premises. No poisons were observed during the inspection. Detergents, cleaning compounds, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible.
