On 7/18/2023 at 10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted an inspection regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Director Gabriela Garcia upon arrival and later with the Area Director Ms. Randolph.

On 5/25/23 at 4PM, conducted an inspection and met with Director Felecia Keene. LPA observed 16 preschool children on the premises supervised by two staff members (Staff #1 and Staff #2).
LPA interviewed CEO Darren Jones by telephone regarding Child #1 that was terminated on May 12, 2023. Mr. Jones stateed the parent used foul and inappropraite language and he had to warn to terminate the phone call if she continued. A letter was given to the parent by Utricia Randolph on May 12, 2023 stating that the parent's behavior was unacceptable and the child was being terminated.LPA received a copy of the
letter. LPA requested a copy the children's roster. LPA is requested written declaration by Ms. Randolph which was sent to the Department. See Page 2.
