On 9/1/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted an inspection regarding the above allegations and met with Director Gabriela Garcia.

On 6/16/23, (LPA) observed 2 preschool children on the premises supervised by one staff member. LPA met with Director Felecia Keene and Director Gabriela Garcia. According to the staff, the cameras were reviewed in regards to a staff member violating a child's personal rights and there was no evidence observed on the camera. The staff members were interviewed by the LAPD and no further action was taken. LPA interviewed staff who denied allegations. LPA interviewed children and was unable to obtain information to validate.

Today 9/1/23, LPA did not observe any children on the premises. The facility was closed early today to prepare for the first day of school on 9/4/23. LPA observed the staff cleaning the facility.
