On February 23, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted a case management inspection at the request of the licensee Darren Jones. LPA met with Director Felicia Keene and toured the entire premises. LPA observed the staff supervising properly and within proper ratios. The purpose of the inspection is to measure the upstairs preschool yard for a playground waiver. The downstairs yard will not longer be utilized.

LPA measured the yard to be 1286 square feet which equals 17 children (maximum capacity) on the yard at one time. This would allow for a maximum of 30 children with a playground schedule if approved.

This report and information will be submitted to a Department manager for approval.
