On 03/18/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond and Chartrice Johnson arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by director Felicia Keene . LPA observed 24 children in care being supervised and cared for by 4 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 02/05/2025, Licensee was cited for the following:
1. Licensee will ensure that there shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance.

During visit LPA Richmond and Johnson observed the following:
1. LPA observed 24 children on cots being cared for and supervised by 4 fingerprint cleared staff.


1 of 1 Citations issued on 2/05/2025 has been cleared.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to director Felicia Keene.
