On October 26, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted an unannounced inspection and met with Director Gabriela Garcia. The purpose of the inspection is a Plan of Correction inspection to verify the facility is operating within required ratios. The facility was cited on September 29, 2023 for operating out of ratio.

Today, LPA observed two staff members with 6 infants. LPA observed the infants supervised properly and within required ratios. The deficiency is cleared.
