On 11/16/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton and LPA Richmond conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA Clayton and LPA Richmond were greeted by Licensee Lakeisha Mack. LPA Clayton and LPA Richmond toured the FCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 4 children, being supervised and cared for by 3 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 08/24/2023 ESCCRO received a complaint regarding an uncleared adult living in the home, interacting with the daycare children.

On 09/01/2023, LPA Clayton conducted the initial complaint visit. During the visit, LPA Clayton conducted interviews with staff and children, and received a copy of the facility roster from Licensee.

A full investigation was conducted which included observations and interviews. The information received did not reveal evidence that an uncleared adult lives in the home, and Criminal Record Clearance violation occurred.

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Lakeisha Mack. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
