Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), V. Wheatley and Lillian Casillas conducted an unannounced inspection regarding the above allegations. LPA met with licensee Silvia Sanchez at 9:45am. Upon arrival LPAs observed assistant Staff #1 supervising 8 children outside in the backyard. The Licensee came outside from the home and met the LPAs. Licensee's daughter Jessica was also present. The parents enter at driveway at the gate and do not enter at the front door. LPAs inspected the backyard and discussed the operations of child care.

On March 2, 2022, LPA V. Wheatley conducted an inspection and observed 12 children with the licensee and Staff #1. The licensee's daughter Jessica Sanchez was also present and translated for the licensee who speaks Spanish. LPA Wheatley interviewed the licensee who denied the allegations. LPA interviewed witnesses regarding the allegations. There were no witnesses that validated the allegations occurred.

Today, LPAs observed the children supervised properly. Based on the investigation which included interviews with relevant parties, observations and information obtained, the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disapprove the allegation, therefore the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided.
