LPA will ensure the children's safety at all times. Licensee will submit a Plan of Correction to the Department by sending photos. |

14 | LPA toured the outdoor play area observed several unsafe items such as several pieces of wood and a pile of metal poles. The metal poles is from workers who replaced the large canopy that was damaged from the wind. In addition, LPA observed the outdoor area accessible to a side area with other unsafe items such as a ladder. | 8

The child without a file was enrolled previously. Licensee states that her daughter handles the files. LPA informed that it is her responsibility. | 8
