On February 22, 2024 at 08:50 A.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittanee Cleveland conducted an unannounced investigation for a complaint received. LPA met with Sade Williams, Director, whom guided a tour of the facility. LPA explained the purpose of today’s visit is to discuss the above mentioned allegation.

During today’s visit a tour was conducted of the Preschool center, where LPA conducted interviews from staff. LPA requested rosters for children in the preschool, admissions packet, and newsletters to parents. LPA conducted staff file reviews to ensure staff qualifies to be in the facility.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Sade Williams and Appeals Rights were provided.
