THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT THAT SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS REPORT.

Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Melissa Zaragoza conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at Tiny Thinkers Preschool on 06/19/2026. LPA arrived at the facility at 9:00AM and met with the director, Marisol Nepomuceno, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 47 children with 7 staff upon arrival.

During the investigation LPA interviewed staff, interviewed parents, interviewed children, obtained a copy of the children's roster, and obtained copies of supporting documentation.

Information provided by the reporting party indicates that staff left daycare child unattended.

Per director, they keep a daily log to check how many children and staff are present, in order to comply with teacher student ratio and capacity.

When interviewing staff, staff disclosed that children are not left alone and children are supervised at all times.

Parent #2 disclosed that children are not observed to be left alone.

When interviewing children, children stated teachers are present at all times.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with the director, Marisol Nepomuceno, including, but not limited to Provider Rights, Appeal Procedures and Agencies Consultative Role.
