On 04/04/2024 at 8:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted an unannounced Case Management -Other visit. The purpose of the visit was to obtain signatures for a visit conducted on 2/28/2024 at 11:45AM when LPA conducted an unannounced complaint inspection visit to investigate and deliver findings for a complaint allegation. LPA observed 18 children and 7 staff.

LPA cleared the following Plans of Corrections.
LPA observed air tight containers with a label "Diapers Only" in the infant changing area in Lady Bugs classroom.

LPA confirmed Criminal Record Clearance for Natalie Garcia was associated on the Guardian Roster effective 3/5/2024.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days, exit interview conducted and report and appeal rights was reviewed with Marisol Nepumoceno, Director.
