13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran arrived at the above licensed facility to conduct an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the investigation of the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Candice Bondad, Site Supervisor and toured the facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision.
Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews and observation, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegation that staff did not provide proper care which leaded to inappropriate touching between children occurred at the facility. None of the interviewed parties witnessed such personal right allegation happened here at this site therefore, the allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
