On 10/20/2022 Licensing Program Analyst conducted an complaint visit to another facility discovered unlicensed facility is linked to Hecht FCCH.

LPA met with the Licensee and asked the Licensee if they are related to the facility located behind their home. Per Licensee, they stated that they are related to the facility located at 647 Saltair Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. 90049

LPA documented and took note of the information provided in which Licensee Channa Hechet and husband Baruch Hechet stated that they do co-own the facility in the back. Licensee stated that it is being ran by her daughter and belongs to the family. LPA obtained the names of the individuals that are operating the child care located behind the licensed facility.

LPA will return to address the location in the back.

No deficiencies were issued to FCCH
