LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. LPA was greeted by Glenisha Gibson, Director. LPA toured the facility for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 16 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 4 teachers.

During the investigation LPA Clayton toured the facility for a Health and Safety inspection on 2 occasions. LPA Clayton conduced interviews with the Director, teachers and met with the licensee, in addition to facility record review . During both of the unannounced inspections, LPA Clayton observed the staff counting the children when taking them outside and bringing them back inside after outside play.

Based on LPAs interviews and record review(s), the above allegation(s) are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Glenisha Gibson, Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
