On 08/08/2024, (Licensing Program Analyst) LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA Clayton was greeted by Licensee Chanel Cunningham. LPA Clayton toured the FCCH inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 37 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 4 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 05/17/2024 ESCCRO received a complaint alleging that the Staff did not provide adequate supervision, resulting in children sustaining injuries.

On 05/21/2024 LPA Clayton conducted the initial complaint visit, interviewed the Director, and received a copy of the facility roster and incident reports.

LPA Clayton conducted a full investigation, which included facility visits, obtaining relevant documentation, and conducting interviews with the Reporting Party (complainant), parents and staff.

During two unannounced visits, LPA Clayton observed the children being cared for and supervised appropriately and in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and/or Health and Safety Codes.

LPA Clayton interviewed Parents who reported that they have no concerns with the care and supervision being provided to their children.

Based on LPA's inspections, interviews, and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.



Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Chanel Cunningham. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
