LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. LPA Clayton was greeted by Glenisha Gibson , Director. LPA toured the facility for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 8 infants being supervised and cared for appropriately by 3 teachers.

During the investigation LPA Clayton toured the facility for a Health and Safety inspection on 2 occasions. LPA Clayton conduced interviews with the Director, teachers and met with the licensee, in addition to facility records review . During each of the unannounced inspections, LPA Clayton observed the infant center to be within the correct teacher student ratios according to Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1.

Based on LPAs interviews and record review(s), the above allegation(s) are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Glenisha Gibson, Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
