On 12/01/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shandra Powell conducted a complaint inspection.The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above allegations. LPA Shandra Powell discussed the purpose of the inspection with Glenisha Gibson, Director upon entry of facility. LPA toured Infant Center and observed 7 infants with 3 teachers in attendance.

During the course of the investigation of the above allegation LPA interviewed a Parent, Staff, Regional Staff, and Director.Based on LPA’s observations and information gathered over the course of the investigation, there is insufficient evidence to support the allegation. LPA did not observe any disinfectant sprays or chemicals within the reach of Infants during multiple unannouced inspections.

During interviews no disclosures were made, therefore the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights provided to the Director Glenisha Gibson, Director also in attendance was Licensee Chanel Cunningham.
