32 | The areas off limits to parents and children are bedroom 3, kitchen, and back yard space. All areas marked for use on the facility sketch were inspected for the safety, the health, the cleanliness, heating and ventilation of the environment for the children.
LPA White conducted a tour of the facility. LPA White observed the front yard to be the outdoor play area for the children. LPA White observed the yard to have the following items: a large play structure with ample shade for the comfort of the children. The front yard has a complete fenced perimeter. There is grass covering the turf where the children play, and there are cameras facing the yard and side perimeter of the home for the security of the facility.
LPA White observed the living room space to have the following: large sectional couch, a large mounted flat screen tv, and hardwood floors. There is separate security monitor.
Licensee states that the children use this space for overflow of school age children .
LPA White observed the day care area (bedroom 1) to be located to the left of the entrance of the home. Licensees state that this space is used primarily for napping, and indoor activity play. LPA White observed the day care area room to have the following: a table with storage beneath with cartoon characters, a dramatic play farm house, and ample age appropriate toys for preschool children. There are hardwood floors, and a soft plush area carpet in the center of the room. There's a kidney table with five child size chairs. There are storage bins tucked in a corner. The area is clean and organized.
LPA White observed Care space #2 (bedroom 2) to have four standing arcade games. The walls have artistic paintings of the Hulk and Deadpool, and collectible toys stacked along the walls. There is a mounted flat screen tv, video game unit and hand held controls for the children. Licensee states this room is for the older school age children.
LPA White observed the bathroom to be located at the end of the hallway: LPA White observed the bathroom to have one toilet, one sink, a shower, and hand washing items for the children. LPA White did not observe any slipping hazards, or chemicals in the bathroom.
