On 11/17/2021 at 9:30 AM Licensing Program Analyst, Stella Gutierrez arrived at the facility for the purpose of a proof of correction inspection to clear Type B deficiencies cited on 11/05/2021. LPA, Gutierrez was greeted by Licensee, Monet Morris and was informed the reason for today's inspection. LPA observed 4 children (3 Toddlers and 1 school age) with 3 Staff providing supervision and care. All adults present during today's inspection have obtained a criminal record clearance and are associated to Morris Family Child Care.

On 11/05/2021 during a case management inspection staff members present at the facility were not able to provide children's records or a facility roster during the inspection. On 11/08/2021 Licensee provided an updated facility roster via email to LPA.

During today's inspection LPA reviewed 4 children's files and found them to be complete with the required information in accordance with Ttile 22 Regulations. Licensee was reminded that each child enrolled at the facility must have an individual file and must be accessible during operating hours for her staff members. Licensee was also reminded that the files must be available to Community Care Licensing Division when conducting an inspection to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulation. Type B deficiencies have been cleared.

No deficiencies cited during today's inspection.

LPA, Gutierrez conducted and exit interview with Licensee, Monet Morris. A copy of this report, deficiencies cleared notice and Notice of Site visit was provided . Notice of site must be posted for at least 30 days in a prominent area at Morris Family child Care.
