Parents stated that they did not observe the home to be unsanitary but what seems like normal child play. Parents further stated that shoes must be removed upon entry.

-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee accepts children with signs of illness into care
According to the Reporting Party (RP), RP stated that child was sick for 2 weeks because provider let sick children into the day care.
According to adults interviewed during the course of the investigation, Adults stated that sick children can not go to the day care and parents are aware of that. Parents are good at making sure that children do not go. Adults further stated that if a child is observed to not be feeling well, parents are called to pick their child up.
According to parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, Parents stated that children are not allowed to go to the day care if they are sick or have a fever, Parents stated that the provider will call them to pick their children up if they are showing symptoms of being ill. Parents stated that children tend to get sick often are understand that.
Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
