32 | Per licensee, no incident involving a staff yelling at day care, staff not meeting daycare child’s needs, staff not providing a comfortable environment for day care children or staff making inappropriate comments in presence of day care children occurred at the facility.
Licensee disclosed that on 8/26/2023, services for Child #2 were terminated due to behaviors that were of concern for both staff and children in care.
During children interviews, Child #1 disclosed that there was an instance where Child #2 would bother Child #1 and ruin their drawing. Child #1 did not disclosed information to any adults providing care.
Staff interviewed made disclosures of having conversations with Child#2 parent regarding Child’s #2 change in behavior. Staff #1 disclosed that parent disagreed with Child #2 described behavior.
Parents interviewed made no disclosures that supports the allegations above. Parent #1 disclosed that the environment is comfortable, safe and happy. Parent #2 disclosed that they are satisfied with the care provided by the Licensee.
Based on the investigation conducted by the LPAs, it has been determined that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
