13 | On 6/30/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond and Chartrice Johnson conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. Licensing Staff was greeted by Licensee Marilyn McKoy. LPA Richmond toured the home inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Richmond observed 3 children being supervised and cared for by licensee and 2 fingerprint cleared staff.
Based on observation, record review, and interviews, there is no evidence to show that the personal rights, criminal records clearance, or physical plant were violated. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.
Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Licensee Marilyn McKoy.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
