25 | On 2/10/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond and Brittany Lovest arrived at the above named home to conduct an unannounced case management deficiencies visit.
LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. LPA observed 11 children being cared for and supervised by licensee and 1 fingerprint cleared staff.

LPAs observed in the bathroom, inside of the unlocked over the toilet cabinet, alcohol, mouthwash, and other medical items that can pose a danger to children in care. On top of over the toilet cabinet is housed cleaning compounds and disinfectant wipes. Attached to the wall is air freshener.
