25 | On 11/17/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton arrived at the Corona Family Child Care home to conduct the Required 3-year inspection. Upon arrival, LPA Clayton was greeted by assistant Maria Lara. Licensee arrived at 1:15pm. LPA Clayton observed 10 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm. The Family Child Care home provides care to children ages 6 months – 8 years of age. Licensee provides morning snack, lunch, dinner, afternoon snack, and water.
The home was inspected for safety, comfort, cleanliness, heating and ventilation.
LPA Clayton confirmed the single-family home consist of: dining area, kitchen, living room (day care napping area), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room (main day care room), attached garage, fenced front and back yard.
The on-limit areas are as follows: living room (day care napping area), family room (main day care classroom), bathroom #2, and the fenced front and back yards. The isolation area is in the living room.
The Off-limit areas are as follows: the kitchen, bedroom #1, bedroom #2, bedroom #2, bathroom #1.
Furniture and equipment in the home are in good condition and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. LPA Clayton observed age-appropriate toys, books and furnishings.
Per Licensee, there are no firearms in the home. There are no pools, ponds, spas, or any other bodies of water on the property. LPA Clayton observed that all detergents, cleaning compounds, medication, poisons and other hazardous items are inaccessible to children in care.
