On 8/7/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Tyra Chavies and Lisa Clayton arrived unannounced at the Charisma Academy II, Montessori of Torrance Preschool for the purpose of conducting a case management - other visit regarding excluded adult S1.

LPAs Chavies and Clayton toured the facility and observed 31 children being supervised by 5 Teachers.

Director Peiris stated that S1 was never employed at childcare center. Director provided LPA with a copy of documents that the facility received from CDSS Legal Division which includes The Declaration, The Declaration of Service, The Decision, Notice and exhibits.

An exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed and provided to director, Chandrika Peiris.

Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
