Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted another prelicensing inspection and met with the applicant, Ndidi Duruhesie at 11am. LPA was instructed to conduct another inspection to measure the crib area (4 cribs with wheels) inside of the classroom.

LPA did not observe any day care children on the premises.

LPA measured the crib area 10 feet x 3 feet = 30 square feet.

The classroom measures 576 square feet = 16 capacity

The total square feet 576 minus the crib area is 30 square feet = 546 square feet
= 15.6 capacity which is still 16 capacity.

This matter will be discussed with management.
