On 01/27/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LPA Ranita Richmond arrived at the facility to conduct an unnanounced Plan of Correction visit and was met by Director Ndidi Duruhesie. LPA observed 7 children in care being supervised and cared for by 1 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 12/30/2024, Licensee was cited for the following:
1. Licensee will ensure that all detergents, cleaning compounds, etc. are inaccessible to children in care.


During visit LPA Richmond observed the following:
1. LPA observed disinfectant wipes housed in a closed cabinet making cleaning products and detergents inaccessible to children in care.


1 of 1 Citation issued on 12/30/2024 has been cleared.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to Director Ndidi Duruhesie.
