25 | On 12/30/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond and Brittany Lovest arrived at the above named facility to conduct an unannounced case management deficiencies visit.
LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. LPA observed 5 sleeping infant children and 1 fingerprint cleared staff member providing care and supervision.
At approximately 1:09pm while touring the classroom, LPA observed antibacterial wipes on bottom open shelf making it accessible to children in care. Type B citation cited. LPA advised staff that disinfectants, cleaning compounds, and other items that can pose a danger should be stored where inaccessible to the children in care. Teacher agrees.
A deficiency was cited today, per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes. See LIC 809D.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided, and appeal rights provided to A. Draper.
