On 12/17/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Veronica Wheatley conducted an unannounced inspection regarding the above allegations and met with the Director Ndidi Durubesie. LPA observed 21 preschool aged children with two staff members (Staff #1 and #2) on the playground. LPA observed the facility operating within proper ratios. LPA interviewed children and one staff member. LPA observed the children eating a full lunch with required food groups during the visit.

On 9/30/25, LPA conducted an unannounced inspection and met with licensee/director Ndidi Duruhesie. LPA observed 12 preschool children napping with Staff #1. LPA observed the facility opreating within proper ratios. LPA interviewed staff members.

Based on information obtained, interviews which were conducted with staff, children and other witnesses, the allegations are Unsubstanitated.

Exit interview conducted. A copy of the report was read and provided to the director/licensee. A Notice of Site Visit will be posted for 30 days.
