32 | Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation of Food Service are found to be unsubstantiated. Children are provided breakfast, lunch and 2-3 snacks throughout the day. Infants are provided additional feeding times as needed. Based on interviews and observations, no evidence has shown that there is a food service violation
Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided to Kristina Mitchell, Director. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided.
