On 02/10/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Adriana Garcia, Teacher/employee.

LPA observed 4 children in care.

On 02/04/2025, home was cited for the following:
A total 5 infants and one 2 year old present during the inspection dated 02/4/2025.

At approximately 1:05pm staff member S. Rose arrived at home and greeted LPA. Staff, S. Rose, stated that Licensee was out and could not confirmed if licensee was going to be back.

LPA contacted Licensee, licensee confirmed that he will be back home shortly. Licensee arrived at home at approximately 1:59 p.m. LPA discussed the purpose of the visit.


During today visit LPA Laureano observed 1 of 1 citations issued on 2/4/2025 has been cleared. Proof of Correction letter was issued.


An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report and Notice of Site Visit was provided to Licensee.
