Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roberto Luque Avila conducted an unannounced case management inspection to the above facility on 1/22/2025. LPA arrived at the facility at 8:55AM, identified self and met with Director Shantil Alexander who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 7 children 2 staff upon arrival.

The purpose of the visit is to inspect hot water located in the infant classroom. On 10/24/2024 the facility was cited a deficiency for not having hot water available for the children in care.

During today's inspection LPA inspected the infant classroom and observed 2 sinks located inside the restroom and 1 sink in the classroom. The sinks in the restroom were inspected and LPA ensured that there was hot water available for children in care. Of the two sinks in the restroom the sink on the left dispensed cold water and the sink on the right side dispensed hot water with a current temperature of 105 Degrees Fahrenheit. The water dispensed was observed to not be excessively hot at this time.

During today's inspection the facility is currently in compliance with Title 22 regulation 101239(e) Faucets used by children for personal care shall deliver hot water and POC was cleared on today's visit.

A notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview was conducted, appeal rights and report were provided to the Director Shantil Alexander.
