On 6/21/23 at 3PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted an unnannounced inspection regarding the above above allegations. LPA met with Director Shirley Becker & Assistant Director Tanya Taure (Squier). LPA toured the inside and outside of the infant program. LPA observed 9 children in the Roly Poly room with three teachers Staff #1, #2 and #3. LPA observed the 10 children int he butterfly classroom with Staff #4, #5, #6. LPA observed the classrooms well ventilated and room temperature appropriate. The building is equipped with air condition and fans.

LPA interviewed the directors and staff who deny the allegations. Staff state that the toys are sanized throuout the day and at the end of the day. The toys are washed, floors are vacuumed and mopped.
LPA observed bottles clean, bottles labeled, food stored properly, age appropriate toys in good condition.
LPA observed the staff within required teacher-child ratio and proper supervision.

Based on the investigation which included interviews with relevant parties, observations and information obtained, the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disapprove the allegation, therefore the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
