25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted a Case Management-Other Visit. LPA met with Licensee Diana Shakhnazarova for the purpose of a capacity increase inspection for a large family childcare. The facility was granted a fire clearance on 5/20/2026. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
LPA toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. During today's inspection 6 children (no infants) were present with the Licensee. This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, converted garage, front yard and backyard (fenced).
Per Licensee, areas that are accessible to children include: Bedroom #2, bedroom #3, bathroom #2, converted garage, and backyard. The bathroom that children use is located between bedroom #2 and #3 and was observed to be clean and free of hazards.
Per Licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: Bedroom #1, bathroom #1, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and front yard.
Currently, children are using the back yard for outdoor play. The outdoor play area was observed to be fenced. LPA observed that the outdoor yard has toys and other materials for children to play with. LPA did not observe any objects that could be hazardous to children in care. There are no pools or spas, or other bodies of water.
The isolation area for sick children waiting to be picked is in bedroom #2, away from other children.
The licensee owns the property and has provided proof of control of property.
