On 11/09/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA Clayton was greeted by Director Gabby Romero. LPA Clayton toured the CCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 7 preschool children napping, being supervised and cared for by fingerprint cleared staff.

During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC unannounced on 08/31/2023, 10/19/2023 and 11/09/2023. During each of the unannounced visits LPA Clayton observed the preschool to be in compliance regarding Student to Teacher ratios.

Based on LPAs inspections and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
