32 | Based on the information obtained in LPA Clayton's interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the allegation that the facility staff yelled at children in care is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
Deficiency is cited in accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes on the attached LIC 9099D.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Gabby Romero. LPA Clayton discussed and provided Director with the Appeals Rights.
A Notice of Site Visit was given to Director Gabby Romero, and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. |
